Description of Job Duties	Determines eligibility and develops, with consumer, their Individual Plan for Employment, appropriate services, service providers, responsibilities, and terms. Coordinates services that will assist individuals in achieving their vocational goals. Provides vocational counseling assessments, collects and evaluates medical, psychological, vocational and other reports. Works extensively with employers, perform job development, job analysis, and follow-up services. Develops referrals, performs basic public relations functions and partnerships with assigned territory to service organizations, schools, and physicians. Develops and maintains case documentations, interprets agency procedures, enters data into the Case Management System, maintain caseload budget, travels to assigned counties and works twice a month in a Career One-Stop Center. Plans and coordinates appointments for appropriate assessments needed to assess individual needs for vocational rehabilitation services in order to prepare for, enter into, engage in, and/or retain gainful employment. Performs other duties as assigned.
