Make sure to use the group code: C58BM Arrival Procedure: When you arrive, you should collect your luggage and then contact a SuperShuttle agent by either calling (972) 615-3005 or by dialing SuperShuttle from the courtesy phones located adjacent to your luggage carousel. This is a touch screen system so there is no number to actually dial. Please note, it is very important to call upon arrival so that SuperShuttle can send a van to your precise location in the airport for the fastest and most accurate pickup. The agents will advise you to the closest loading zone. All SuperShuttle loading zones are located on the upper levels. SuperShuttle has curb side service agents who will assist you. Departure Procedure: Schedule your return reservations 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure. Please be outside the Anatole's main lobby at your scheduled pick up time.
