Hello everyone,
April is right around the corner and I am here to tell you all about the Greater Louisville April Luncheon.
The luncheon will be held on Saturday April 7, 2012 from 11am till 3pm at the Kentucky School for the Blind in the Food Service building. The luncheon will be catered by Mark’s Feed Store and our guest speaker is Jack Fox, a talking book narrator from the American Printing House for the Blind.
Your lunch will cost you $5 and your NFBGL dues are $2. If you plan on joining us, your payment should be received NO LATER than Wednesday April 4, 2012. Payment should be mailed to Maria Jones, 5108 Bannon Crossings Dr. Louisville, Ky 40218. Please make check or money order payable to NFBGL.
Child care will be provided and a sack lunch will be provided the children, so please indicate in your payment how many children you will be bringing. There is no charge for the children.
Mark’s Feed Store menu; Pork and Chicken for sandwiches, with your choice of two BBQ sauces. Potato Salad, Green Beans, Pasta Salad and Smoked Beans. For desert there will be Buttermilk pies and Brownies. Drinks; Sweet, Unsweet Tea and Lemonade.
The agenda for the day is as follows, 11am-Gathering/social, 12pm-lunch, 1pm-Guest speaker, 2pm-Business/elections, 3pm-Adjourn.
