We are a little over 2 weeks away from the 2011 NFBGL Chili Supper & Auction. This years event will be held on Saturday February 26th at the Christ Church Cathedral, 421 South Second Street. The event will begin with chili being served at 4pm till 5:30pm, the auction will start about 6pm. The cost is $5 for adults and $3 for kids 12 and under. There will be a child care room this year and there will be a cost of $3 per child.
We could use your help in collecting auction items. I have attached a copy of the donation request letter, so if you are out and about please hand these out and let people know we'd greatly appreciate their support. You can also help us spread the word about the event, tell your friends, family, co-workers and church members. Our event is always a huge success and this year should be no different.
We'd love to invite our fellow Federationist from other chapters, we have a great time at this event and would like to have some with you guys.
