Hello everyone,
Our next NFBGL meeting will be held next Saturday July 17th, 2pm till3:30pm at the Main branch of the Louisville Free Public Library 301 York St. When scheduling your TARC3 ride please let the reservationist know you would like the 4th Street entrance. The meeting will take place in the Board room on the Mezzanine level.
The meeting topic will be all about cars, "quiet cars" to the car being developed for the blind. I'm sure everyone has an opinion on both of these issues so please come join us and share.
Also, If you have not paid your GL dues and would like to to be eligible to vote at the State convention the time is now. Dues are $2 per person and should be mailed to either Scott Spaulding or Nickie Pearl by Wednesday July 22nd. This will allow time for Scott to prepare the membership list and turn it in to our NFBK treasurer by Aug 1st. If you are not sure if you've paid dues or not for this year please contact me and I can let you know if you are current or not. Please make check payable to NFBGL. The addresses are as follows.
